TMI Sponsors Scottish Historic Fiction Festival

We are delighted to be sponsoring the Scottish Historic Fiction Festival again this year.

The event takes place over this coming weekend (24th - 26th April 2015) at Summerhall in Edinburgh with another stimulating programme of events.  A wide range of topics covered from Robert Fabbri talking about his Vespasian series to Catherine Czerkawska’s exploration of the life and character of Robert Burns’ often overlooked wife, Jean Amour.

Rob Newman (of among other things, the Mary Whitehouse Experience with David Baddiel, Hugh Dennis and Steve Punt) talks about his fourth novel set in Elizabethan England and 200 years after the battle of Waterloo, Iain Gale will discuss how that battle has been treated in both fact and fiction.
