Henry joined Thomas Miller Investment in 2007 as a senior Investment Director, having gained 20 years experience at F & C Asset Management where he was Director of Fixed Interest and Head of Global Government Bonds.

As the Head of Portfolio Management, Henry ensures that TMI investment strategy and stock selection decisions are implemented across portfolios. He is responsible for the stock selection process for each asset class including equities, fixed income, alternatives and collective funds. He also helps formulate investment strategy as a member of the investment strategy committee. Henry also acts as portfolio manager for certain institutional client relationships.

In addition to managing global bond and currency portfolios for F & C ‘s institutional and retail clients, Henry was also a member of the Asset Allocation Committee that determined the company’s investment policy across all asset categories. Henry holds an MA in Classics from Worcester College, Oxford.

Abi joined Thomas Miller Investment in 2006 after several years as a financial economist. He has written extensively and led seminars on a broad range of economic and investment related topics.

Abi’s role at Thomas Miller Investment ranges from leading our economic analysis and asset allocation research, to devising investment strategy and managing multi-asset portfolios for our largest clients. Abi leads the investment strategy committee and is responsible for the investment process across all asset classes and all client portfolios. He is a Director of Thomas Miller Investment Ltd and a member of TMI’s senior management committee.

In September 2013, Abi received an award for excellence in institutional asset management and was listed by Financial News as one of ‘40 Under 40 Rising Stars of European Asset Management’. 

Abi studied economics at the University of York and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Tim re-joined Thomas Miller Investment in 2022 having previously worked for the company up to 2018.

He is experienced Compliance Officer and MLRO, having worked at a variety of Investment Firms prior to joining Thomas Miller and was also a Senior Manager at the Financial Services Regulator for 13 years. Tim is responsible for all regulatory, risk and conduct matters across the Thomas Miller Investment Group.

Christopher joined Thomas Miller Investment Ltd in 2006 to establish cash management services for the group. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2001 and became a Consultant in 2021.

Christopher ran the banking division of the Edinburgh-based merchant bank Noble Grossart Limited from 1983. The services provided by Noble Grossart included the management of individual sterling and dollar cash portfolios for corporates, captives, trusts and insurance captives, based both in the UK and Isle of Man.

He is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

David joined Thomas Miller in June 2018 as Group Risk & Compliance Director. He has previously worked at Just PLC, Savills and KPMG and is an experienced senior leader of risk and compliance functions and implementing global regulatory change.

In November 2022 David was appointed Chief Executive of Thomas Miller Investment.
