Grace is awarded Young Sportsperson of the Year!

As the year is drawing to an end, the competitions are now pretty much over and it's back to full time training for Grace. The last week has been an extremely exciting time for her though with a few awards ceremonies.

Grace was awarded with the Scottish Sports Aid Junior Sportsperson of the Year 2009/2010 at the Commonwealth Games dinner on Saturday 27th November in Glasgow. This was a huge surprise to Grace and she was interviewed by Hazel Irving at the event.

A few days later and Grace attended the Sunday Mail Scottish Sports Awards, also in Glasgow on Thursday 2nd December where she was nominated - and won - the Young Sportsperson of the Year!

The latter is being shown on STV at 9pm on Sunday evening (5th December).

Grace is of course delighted to be recognised at such high levels.
