Rob joined Thomas Miller in 2007 and is responsible for the institutional and private client dealing within TMI along with the day to day management of TMI branded funds. Rob has 15 years experience in the Finance Industry having previously worked for Barclay's Bank plc in the UK & IOM before taking up dealing roles within MyTravel Group plc and Clerical Medical International prior to joining Thomas Miller.

Arthur joined Thomas Miller in 2008 and is engaged in all trade execution for the Group. Arthur has 10 years experience within the Finance Industry and previous to Thomas Miller worked for the RBS Group. Arthur holds a BSc Honors Degree in Management from Dublin Trinity College, a Postgraduate Certificate in International Banking and Finance from Liverpool John Moore's University, ACI Dealing Certificate from International Dealers Association, a Regulations, Securities and Derivatives Certificate from Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Financial Planning Certificate from Chartered Insurance Institute.

Karen joined Thomas Miller in July 2008 as part of the Isle of Man dealing team, having previously worked as a tennis coach. Karen is responsible for assisting with the institutional and private client dealing within TMI. Karen holds a BSc in Sport Administration & Science from Nottingham Trent University and is currently studying towards the Securities Institute IAQ Certificate.
