Oliver joined Thomas Miller Investment in March 2005. He accumulated 20 years experience in international finance at Baring Brothers in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Prior to joining Thomas Miller Investment Oliver spent a further 12 years as Chief Operating Officer at Sakura Finance International, a Managing Director in the Capital Markets division of Bank One and Chairman of a small hedge fund operation in London. Oliver is now utilising his experience for the benefit of charities, assisting them in their risk management and investment policy requirements.

David joined Thomas Miller Investment in January 2009 as Head of Strategy and has extensive investment experience in the Institutional, Retail and Private Client sectors. Prior to joining Thomas Miller Investment, David was Managing Director of BlackRock, Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and General Manager/Financial Director of Mercury Asset Management in the Isle of Man. Educated at Maryhill School, Staffordshire and the Royal Army Training College, Winchester, David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has also held a number of senior roles with Royal Ordnance Plc and the Ministry of Defence.

Neill was appointed Senior Manager in August 2009. He has an extensive background in corporate banking across private equity, plc and property sector clients, working for Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland, and latterly Bank of Ireland, where he headed up their Edinburgh operation as Director. Prior to pursuing a banking career, Neill qualified as a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.
