Amazing Grace ..... Training Camp in Russia and build up to Junior Elites

After returning from her first FINA diving grand prix, Grace is more focused than ever. Upon arrival in Moscow the coach called a team meeting and it was decided that Grace would enter the individual 3m event.

The next few days consisted of lots of training and careful planning of a list of dives which Grace wanted to compete. Despite a few nerves, Grace’s first dive went well boosting her confidence for the last dive, which saw her through to the Semi-Finals.

With only a short time to prepare for the Semi-Final, Grace gave a good performance in her first diving grand prix and is now hungry to improve, currently working to perfect a new dive!

Russia has been good preparation for Leeds, where Grace will be heading off to this weekend for the Junior Elites.
